Hangi verileri topluyoruz?

  • Hesap: e-posta adresin ve şifren (şifre yalnızca şifrelenmiş biçimde saklanır). Misafir hesapta cihaza özel rastgele bir kimlik.
  • Profil: boy, kilo, yaş, cinsiyet, hedefler, beslenme tercihleri, alerjiler, antrenman tercihleri ve vücut ölçülerin.
  • Beslenme ve su: öğünlerin, besin değerleri, su kayıtların, takviyelerin.
  • Antrenman: planın, set/tekrar/ağırlık kayıtların.
  • Koç ve analiz: sohbet asistanına ve koça yazdığın mesajlar.
  • Konum: yalnızca Açık Hava & Rota kaydı sırasında rota ve mesafe için; ekran kapalıyken kayıt devam ediyorsa arka planda da.
  • Sağlık: izin verirsen Health Connect / Apple Sağlık'tan adım ve yakılan kalori (yalnızca okuma).
  • Kamera: yalnızca barkod taramak için; görüntü saklanmaz ve gönderilmez.
  • Mikrofon: yalnızca sesli besin girişi sırasında; ses kaydı saklanmaz.
  • Onaylar: verdiğin izin ve onayların kaydı (ne zaman, hangi sürüm).
  • Cihaz doğrulama: ücretsiz denemenin kötüye kullanımını önlemek için cihazından alınan bir kimliğin tek yönlü özeti (hash) ve Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest doğrulama sonucu.

Reklam, reklam kimliği veya üçüncü taraf analiz/izleme aracı kullanmıyoruz. Verilerini satmıyor ve kimseyle pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.

Verileri neden kullanıyoruz?

  • Hesabını oluşturmak ve kayıtlarını cihazların arasında saklamak (sözleşmenin ifası).
  • Kalori/makro hedeflerini hesaplamak, ilerlemeni göstermek ve koçun hedeflerine uygun yanıt vermesini sağlamak.
  • Sağlık ve konum verilerini yalnızca açık rızanla, ilgili özellik için işlemek.
  • Hizmetin güvenliği: bot kayıtlarını ve deneme kötüye kullanımını önlemek (meşru menfaat).
  • Hesap onayı ve şifre sıfırlama gibi işlem e-postaları göndermek.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

  • Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve sunucu fonksiyonları.
  • OpenAI — besin analizi ve koç yanıtları. Mesajınla birlikte yalnızca yanıt için gerekli hedef, profil ve günlük kayıt özetin gönderilir; e-posta adresin veya adın gönderilmez.
  • Resend — hesap onayı ve şifre sıfırlama e-postaları.
  • Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest — cihaz ve uygulama doğrulaması.
  • Open Food Facts — barkodla besin arama (yalnızca barkod veya arama metni).
  • OpenStreetMap — rota haritası görselleri.
  • Cihazının konuşma tanıma hizmeti (Google veya Apple) — sesli girişte konuşmanın metne çevrilmesi.

Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı verileri Türkiye ve AB dışında (ör. ABD) işleyebilir. Yurt dışına aktarım, hizmetin sunulması için gereklidir ve açık rızana dayanır.

Saklama süresi

Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde hesabın ve bağlı tüm kayıtların kalıcı olarak silinir. Deneme kötüye kullanımını önlemek için tutulan cihaz özeti, kimliğini doğrudan belirlemeyen biçimde daha uzun süre saklanabilir. Çevrimdışı kullanım için cihazında geçici kopyalar tutulur; çıkış yaptığında temizlenir.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanı geri çekme hakkın var. Uygulamada Profil > Hesap > Hesabımı Sil ile hesabını ve tüm verilerini anında silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için support@easeonyou.app adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

Çocuklar

Ease On You 16 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamayız.

Sağlık uyarısı

Ease On You genel bilgilendirme ve takip amaçlıdır; tıbbi tavsiye, tanı veya tedavi yerine geçmez. Kalori, makro ve egzersiz önerileri tahminidir.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yürürlük tarihini değiştirir, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz.

Data controller

The Ease On You app is provided by independent developer Süleyman Altunakar. For any privacy request: support@easeonyou.app

What data do we collect?

  • Account: your email address and password (stored only in hashed form). For guest accounts, a random device-specific ID.
  • Profile: height, weight, age, gender, goals, dietary preferences, allergies, training preferences and body measurements.
  • Nutrition and water: your meals, nutrition values, water logs and supplements.
  • Workouts: your plan and set/rep/weight logs.
  • Coach and analysis: messages you write to the chat assistant and the coach.
  • Location: only during Outdoor & Route tracking, for route and distance; also in the background if tracking continues with the screen off.
  • Health: if you allow it, steps and calories burned from Health Connect / Apple Health (read-only).
  • Camera: only to scan barcodes; images are not stored or sent.
  • Microphone: only during voice food entry; recordings are not stored.
  • Consents: a record of the permissions and consents you give (when, which version).
  • Device verification: a one-way hash of an identifier from your device and the Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest result, to prevent free-trial abuse.

We do not use ads, advertising IDs or third-party analytics/tracking tools. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Why do we use it?

  • To create your account and keep your logs across devices (performance of contract).
  • To calculate calorie/macro targets, show your progress and let the coach answer with your goals in mind.
  • To process health and location data only with your explicit consent, for the related feature.
  • Service security: preventing bot sign-ups and trial abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset.

Service providers

  • Supabase — database, authentication and server functions.
  • OpenAI — food analysis and coach replies. Along with your message, only the goal, profile and daily log summary needed for the reply is sent; your email or name is not.
  • Resend — account confirmation and password reset emails.
  • Google Play Integrity / Apple App Attest — device and app verification.
  • Open Food Facts — barcode food search (only the barcode or search text).
  • OpenStreetMap — route map tiles.
  • Your device's speech recognition service (Google or Apple) — converting speech to text during voice entry.

Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye and the EU (e.g. the USA). Such transfers are necessary to provide the service and are based on your explicit consent.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your account and all linked records are permanently deleted. The device hash kept to prevent trial abuse may be retained longer in a form that does not directly identify you. Temporary copies are kept on your device for offline use and cleared when you sign out.

Your rights

Under KVKK and GDPR you can access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. In the app, Profile > Account > Delete My Account deletes your account and all your data immediately. For other requests write to support@easeonyou.app; we reply within 30 days.

Children

Ease On You is not designed for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Health notice

Ease On You is for general information and tracking; it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie, macro and exercise suggestions are estimates.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the effective date and announce significant changes in the app.
